Grosvenor Capital and Tailwind Capital Announce Formation of Aircraft and Railcar
Financing Joint Venture
New York—October 29, 2010—The principals of Grosvenor Capital, LLC and
Tailwind Capital, LLC today announced the formation of H2 Capital Management,
LLC ("H2CM"), a new aircraft and railcar investment joint venture. The joint venture will
seek investment partners interested in owning and leasing commercial aircraft
and U.S. domestic freight railcars on lease to end users. H2CM intends to also provide
expertise to passive lessors of similar equipment.
